Top Job Responsibilities:
- Open/close guest and service bars, provide beverage service
- Handle beverage inventories and control
- Achieve revenue and cost targets
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of bar equipment
- Verify guest age for alcoholic drink service
- Discontinue alcohol service as necessary
- Uphold USPH sanitation standards
- Use up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
- Potential additional duties include working in crew bar, delivering guest drinks, stocking the bar, dishwashing, and cleaning
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum one to two years’ experience as a bartender in high-volume environments
- Ship experience preferred
- Flair bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of international cocktail recipes and alcohol brands required
- Outgoing personality required
