Top Job Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate beverage service with bartenders and assistant bartenders
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area according to USPH standards
• Practice up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
• Assist in collecting and delivering bar provisions
• Perform cleaning duties around bar and pantry
• Assist in drink preparation as necessary
• Verify guest age for alcoholic drink service
• Discontinue alcohol service as necessary

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in beverage industry with high volume preferred
• Ship experience preferred
• Knowledge of international and tropical cocktail recipes and international alcohol brands
• Ability to lift a 30-pound tray of drinks
• Outgoing personality required
