Position: Chef de Partie – Pantry Join Royal Caribbean as a Chef de Partie – Pantry, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at sea. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you’ll oversee daily food preparation forecasts and requisitions, ensuring costs remain within the ship’s budget.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of pantry professionals by providing coaching, supervision, and performance evaluations.
  • Setting up cold food displays across all buffet stations with impeccable presentation.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with USPH (United States Public Health) standards in all pantry operations.
  • Managing equipment and machinery, reporting any maintenance issues to the Executive Chef for prompt resolution.

To thrive in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent education, a culinary school degree, and at least five years of experience as a First Pantryman or Pantry Chef in a luxury hotel, cruise ship (shipboard experience preferred), or convention banqueting service.
