Top Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate beverage service with bartenders and assistant bartenders
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area according to USPH standards
- Practice up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
- Assist in collecting and delivering bar provisions
- Perform cleaning duties around bar and pantry
- Assist in drink preparation as necessary
- Verify guest age for alcoholic drink service
- Discontinue alcohol service as necessary
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in beverage industry with high volume preferred
- Ship experience preferred
- Knowledge of international and tropical cocktail recipes and international alcohol brands
- Ability to lift a 30-pound tray of drinks
- Outgoing personality required
