Position Title: Pool Deck Service Host/Hostess
Average Contract Length: 8 months on/2 months off
Minimum Hours Per Week: 70 hours per week
Average Hours Per Week/Day: 80-90 hrs per week ** 10-12 hrs per day

Top 4 Responsibilities:
- Wipe down all deck chairs daily and deep clean once a week or when needed
- Proactively engage with Guests
- Towel stocking and distribution; pushing and pulling trolleys containing 200 pool towels from guest areas to main laundry
- Able to work under a variety of weather/climate conditions
Job Responsibilities:
- Set and clear deck chairs and sunbeds ensuring show readiness at the start of each day
- Responsible for cleanliness & sanitation in and around the pool/deck area
- Collect and remove trash/garbage in and around the pool/deck area
- Launder and change out cushion covers in the adult pool/deck area
- Ensure deck chairs are properly stacked and secure at the conclusion of each day
- Maintain respective workspaces as per DCL standards and report maintenance on a regular basis to their leader
- Responsible for life vest setup and disinfection
- Involve in pool towel distributions and collections at our private island
Required/Desired Experience, Qualifications, Education, Licenses:
- Previous cleaning experience at some level
- Ability to work with and use various chemicals and cleaners
- Ability to support multiple work locations on the pool deck
- Physically fit, with endurance to lift 50 lbs and run up and down stairs multiple times during the day
- Experience working in a high Guest service-focused company
- Relates well to Guests of all ages
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Confidence in handling difficult Guests and/or Guest issues and needs
- Display effective teamwork and flexibility
- Professional and presentable to work on pool deck with an ability to work all day in the sun or in cold/windy weather conditions
