Position: Garde Manger Supervisor Step aboard Royal Caribbean and lead the Pantry and cold preparation stations with precision and expertise! As the Garde Manger Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team of 10–20 culinary professionals, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to recipes, and compliance with USPH (United States Public Health) standards.

Operating under the Executive Chef’s guidance, you will manage daily food production, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensure all equipment and machinery function optimally. You’ll also be responsible for budget adherence and seamless communication with the Sous Chef to support efficient operations.

To excel in this role, you should have 5–7 years of experience as a CDP1 Pantry, Garde Manger, or a similar positionin a four- or five-star cruise ship, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.
