Position: Sous Chef Elevate your culinary career with Royal Caribbean, where you’ll play a vital role in managing high-volume shipboard operations and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef, assisting in menu forecasting, inventory management, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations across multiple dining venues. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining quality, consistency, and efficiency in food preparation while upholding the highest culinary standards.

We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef with experience in an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility. To qualify, you should have an associate degree (or its equivalent) and/or a chef apprenticeshipfrom an accredited culinary or hospitality school.
