
Position: Junior Sous Chef Take your culinary leadership to the high seas with Royal Caribbean! As a Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a vital role in managing the entire culinary operation onboard, ensuring guests enjoy world-class dining experiences while fostering the growth and development of your team.
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Oversee high-volume, high-quality food preparation across multiple dining venues.
- Provide mentorship and training to kitchen staff, equipping them with the skills to excel in their careers.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Work closely with senior culinary leadership to execute innovative menu offerings and maintain operational efficiency.
To qualify, you should have at least five years of experience in a similar role within an upscale hotel, cruise ship, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.
