As a Pastry Chef, you will play a key role in creating high-quality desserts and baked goods while adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires culinary expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of four years in the culinary industry.
  • Certification: Certified Pastry Cook or equivalent culinary arts degree.
  • Food Safety Knowledge: Proficient in HACCP protocols and USPH regulations.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working independently during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Pastry Chef in executing and refining approved menus.
  • Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, and decorative showpieces.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen sanitation protocols.
  • Follow opening and closing procedures for kitchen and production areas.
  • Maintain quality control and presentation standards for all baked goods.
  • Collaborate with the team while also managing solo responsibilities efficiently.
