Position Title: Hotel Storekeeper

Average Contract Length: 8 months on/2 months off

Minimum Hours Per Week: 70 hours per week

Average Hours Per Week/Day: 80-90 hrs per week, 10-12 hrs per day

Top 4 Responsibilities:

  • Load all Hotel Stores items, store, and secure them
  • Order assigned items (Food, Bonded or General Supplies)
  • Prepare all food, beverage, and general stores requisitions on set schedule
  • Conduct inventory of assigned items according to set schedule

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure maintenance and organization of assigned storeroom, fridge, or freezers
  • Monitor temperature logs of freezer and fridges
  • Ensure USPH sanitation and cleanliness standard throughout work area

Required/Desired: Experience, Qualifications, Education, Licenses:

  • Minimum one year experience working in provisions, storeroom, and/or a warehouse
  • Knowledge of inventory procedures preferred
  • Ship experience a plus
  • Experience operating a forklift and/or electric pallet jack
  • Able to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold)
  • Must be able to manage heavy/physical work and stressful conditions (i.e., loading period)
  • Good communication/people skills due to interaction with shipboard and shore side departments
  • Ability to work with little supervision
