Wardrobe Host/Hostess – Disney Cruise Line
As a Wardrobe Host/Hostess, you will manage costume inventory, oversee quality control, and provide wardrobe support for crew members. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least one year in a customer-service-oriented role within the last three years.
- Inventory Management: Prior experience in stock control or wardrobe logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial clothing stores, fabrics, or textiles; experience as a seamstress or tailor is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to professionally assist crew members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and distribute crew costumes, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Oversee fitting, sorting, and quality control of wardrobe items, replacing garments as needed.
- Monitor costume cleanliness and organization, coordinating with laundry services.
- Ensure timely opening and coverage of the wardrobe issue window to minimize wait times.
- Scan and track costumes assigned to crew members, maintaining detailed inventory records.
- Conduct periodic checks on wardrobe stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Respond to crew requests regarding costume issues and provide necessary support.
- Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance concerns within the wardrobe workspace.
