Position: Pastry Supervisor Set sail with Royal Caribbean and showcase your pastry expertise at sea! In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef Pastry, overseeing and mentoring a talented pastry team—including the 1st Cook Pastry, Pastry Cook, and Assistant Pastry Cook.
Your responsibilities include crafting exceptional desserts in line with the menu plan, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, and maintaining strict adherence to USPH (United States Public Health) standards. Additionally, you’ll oversee the functionality of kitchen equipment and machinery to keep operations running smoothly.
