Prep and peel vegetables, slice cheese, prepare salads. Collect pots and pans, and complete other general culinary duties as assigned. Rotate through various galley sections on a bi-monthly basis. Clean and sanitize work station according to USPH standards. Actively participate in all company island job responsibilities associated with position and line of business as directed by cruise line’s leadership
Execute additional job responsibilities, as assigned by company leadership, based on operational need. Comply with all company set policies and procedures, along with all maritime and ship rules, regulations and procedures. Participate in Emergency Duties as specified in the ship Assembly Plans
