Position: Sommelier Raise a glass to an exciting career at sea with Celebrity Cruises! As a Sommelier, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our guests’ dining experience by recommending the perfect wine pairings for every meal and expertly promoting beverage selections to elevate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert wine service to guests in restaurants, buffet areas, cafés, and specialty dining venues.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to promote premium selections and enhance the onboard beverage experience.
• Maintain and re-stock the wine cellar daily, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Assist with weekly wine loading operations, supporting seamless supply chain logistics.
• Uphold exceptional hospitality standards, delivering a guest-centric experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

✔ Prior experience in a similar role, or a combination of experience and education in wine service. ✔ Exceptional knowledge of wines, food pairings, and beverage trends. ✔ A passion for customer service, with a team-oriented and “guest-first” mindset.
